At Nexus, Jason focuses on structuring the capital and power solutions behind next-generation AI infrastructure, including construction and project financing, securitization and structured finance, behind-the-meter power arrangements, and strategic transactions.
Before joining Nexus, Jason was a partner at Latham & Watkins in New York, where he led complex energy, infrastructure, and natural resource transactions for developers, sponsors, and investors.
